SummerBoard has been updated to version 3.1-1, which adds 1.1.3 compatibility.
If you are not familar with SummerBoard, it lets you completely "skin" and customize SpringBoard. It comes with a number themes, and more are available via Installer. Thanks to PiercedMember from the forums for the tip.
