Other sites are reporting about anySIM 1.3 being released on Zibri's blog. Zibri writes:

SummerBoard has been updated to version 3.1-1, which adds 1.1.3 compatibility.
If you are not familar with SummerBoard, it lets you completely "skin" and customize SpringBoard. It comes with a number themes, and more are available via Installer. Thanks to PiercedMember from the forums for the tip.

If you didn't update Installer BEFORE updating to 1.1.3, or did but still get this error and need to fix permissions, try entering these commands via ssh:
cd /
cd Applications/
wget http://repository.apptapp.com/packages/System/Installer.zip
rm -rf Installer.app
unzip Installer.zip
chmod +s Installer.app/Installer
chown -R root:wheel Installer.app
rm Installer.zip
This replaces your copy of Installer with the latest version, and sets ...

Have a jailbroken 1.1.3? The iPhone apps are locked away in the firmware. Install the App Enabler to unlock them:
1. Add http://www.modiphone.net/repo to your Installer.app sources list. Refresh sources.
